Watch ok, App horrible

Watch keeps track of steps and sleep fine. Latch part of watch comes apart very easily so its constantly falling off my wrist. App is worthless. 90% of the time it syncs the wrong info. It just keeps repeating old info. Restarting app does nothing, unbinding and rebinding the watch changes nothing. Very very frustrating that its such a poor product. Wish Id read the reviews before purchasing
