Wont sync correctly or at all; no English support.
I got the tracker as a gift and got the app a couple days ago. It seemed to work fine at first, but after a day the app doesnt sync up to the tracker either at all or only partially. I tried to unbind and re-bind (their terminology to unpair and pair up a device), and that did nothing. I looked at the app info in the App Store for support, and all you get is a web site entirely in Chinese. If youre going to sell products to English speaking countries then an English version of the web site needs to exist.
So, fix the app and get going on better support.
