Get Fit 2.0

This app wont sync with my device , as a result I have to use a back up app called Get Fit 2.0. My IPhone doesnt recognize the device and wont sync heart rate or sleep. Starting to think this watch was a waste of money. Nothing but problems and its been 3 days.
