Need assistance

My bracelet will randomly vibrate and then a notification will pop up on my phone that says "Please note your hand away from the phone ringing device"
I have no idea what it means because whatever they were trying to say didnt translate to English very well. Has anyone else had this problem any advice on how to stop it?
