3.1 Wont even display

I just downloaded the newest app and the "VeryFit 2.0 SmartBand" STILL will NOT work. I am just about to throw it into the trash. It will not sync with my iPhone 4 and never has been able. The on line help by VeryFit is not there as they claim.
