Working good for me

Not sure why this has low ratings. Ive had this for a week and all the features are working so far. I went to the User tab and turned on HealthKit sync, so maybe thats what others are missing. One thing you must do is after making any settings changes or alarms etc, you have to go to the main tab and pull down to refresh/sync. I do this every time I pull up the app and I always have Bluetooth on. I tested the call feature, alarm, and find phone and cant complain. I did learn that find phone doesnt make a sound if your phone is on silent, it just vibrates and sends a notification. As for the band coming off easily, that hasnt happened to me yet but it has on my Fitbit, and all I did was add a magnetic closure that I picked up at the craft store. I hope this app keeps up with firmware updates.

Crashes

Doesnt sync data, tried rebooting but now app crashes every time I try to open it.

Dont bother

Wrist band works. App does not. Disappointing.

The WORST App and Band EVER!!!!

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $ on another brand!!! This app never has real time #s and crashes daily! The clasp on the band is HORRIBLE!!!! It falls off30 times a day!

To sync or not to sync.

Apparently Zunammy opted for not. Does not sync beyond approximately 388 steps (even with iPhone HealthKit turned on). All my software updates are up to date, I tried the refresh, did a hard reboot on my phone, etc. Need better QA on this app, they arent doing their job.

Would give a half star if I could

I would go into details but all the previous reviews take the words I would I would use. See all 1 star reviews I completely agree.

Fix this please

the app keeps crashing. Will not open anymore. Tried to uninstall and reinstall 3 times... still not working.

Needs improvement !!!

The watch itself is great! Pretty accurate. The app however is AWFUL. It synced for a couple of weeks now it wont. VERY disappointed. Loved tracking my daily steps and now its stuck. Please fix!!!!!

IT STILL CRASHES!!!!

I got really happy when I saw the update

Clock in military time - how do you change

I cant figure out how to change time to 12hr instead of 24hr. Any ideas ???

What the heck?!

It worked great for a while, I love it! But all of a sudden, my app is crashing right after I click the icon. And my watch is in military time and I cant get into the app to change it. Plus, the help site is completely in Chinese so thats really no help. Really not happy with this

Need to update app

Need to update app. Sleeping monitor is not working with that app. I have Id107 bracelet. very disappointed ..

Latest update fix sync on step but doesnt sync sleep.

The latest update finally fix sync on steps but still not sleep. Upgrade by 1 star. It has added a lot of notification features but has not check if they work. Updated firmware for ID100 HR. Will test the latest update more.

Crash

Crashes every time you open it

Not good

The good: Tracks steps, notifies messages and calls The bad: The sleep monitoring does not work Its only in military time And its very poorly put together.

No way to contact support, step counter doesnt work.

The app only ever registers 2871 steps no matter what I do. There is no way to contact these people unless you speak Chinese.

Not great, but it tracks my steps....

The app says you get notifications for calls and texts, not true. I dont get any notifications (I have tried binding/rebinding and yes, the option is turned on). The history is inaccurate. It just uses the same number every day. The take photo section doesnt work either. It does track my steps, which is the whole point of purchasing it, I just have to look at how many steps I have before going to bed and track it elsewhere......A bit redundant.

Definite flaws

The app has issues. On day 2, the number of steps recorded each day became fixed. Each day afterward, the same number of steps from day 2 were recorded on the dashboard. The app captures the steps from pedometer throughout the day correctly but the percent to goal achieved never updates. It stays at that percent achieved from day 2. Once midnight hits, the steps recorded from day 2 then becomes what was walked for your current day. In order to know the number of steps for the current day you have to check the data before midnight when it resets. This makes all historical data useless. It also pushes the useless data to any other app you allow it to push to. Also, when you leave sleep mode you have to swipe down multiple times for it to finally update sleep hours.
