Ive had the device/app for a couple weeks now. For the most part its been great. However, I recently traveled from Michigan to Wisconsin and when I tried to sync, the app alerted me that my time zone has changed and it was resetting. I lost all my steps for the day. Please fix the bug that cant account for the time one change!!

I cannot get the watch to sync to the app!

Any suggestions?

I have the right device, the right iOS and everything, bluetooth is turned on etc. but it still wont sync and it keeps saying my bluetooth is not on when it actually is. I turned it off and then on again and still, it wont sync. I turned my phone off, then on again, turned my bluetooth back on, opened th app, tried to sync again and still nothing. Whats up with that? I hop that my mom who bought this for me can get her money back becuase this whole set up stinks.

I do a lot of workouts and its great to leave my phone in my bag or away and I still get vibrations when a call came through

As with other reviews this app does not sync with the watch. However I tried the other app which is just veryfit and it did connect.

I have only one issue. When I went to the app to change the alarm a couple days ago by going to the "Device" section, nothing is there except for the option to unbind the device. Please fix as my schedule changes and I need to alter the alarm times.

This app is always making me unbind my device because it wont load and its deleting my progress The call alert is only calling but it said it would do text messages but it doesnt

My app cant activate my wristband. The app is fine it works, but it wont activate. Please help!!!n

will sync the first time and then keeps the same data every time its syncs after that. very disappointed in the app but device seems to work ok. please fix the app also can not contact app suport as it is not in English and has no English options. maybe I should just get a Fitbit

This app is horrible. Cant all the time. Basically worthless ! Fit bit its more like a Sh#t bit!

When I first got the app, it worked fine that day. The next day it would not read my tracked steps when it was synced. It hasnt been able to read my steps only my sleep. Now when I try to go into the app, it just automatically closes out. This app needs to be fixed.

My watch shows todays steps but the app shows the steps from the day before even after I sync it.

The Titanic was syncing better than this app ever will.

This worked until the 14 March, need to unfix what you changed on the 14th.

Seemed to work decent at first except the call feature. Charged the band to come back to it not syncing at all. Finally got it to sync, but the app just continually crashes on start up. Will keep fiddling with it but if no success will be returning the product.

Awful

I got the tracker as a gift and got the app a couple days ago. It seemed to work fine at first, but after a day the app doesnt sync up to the tracker either at all or only partially. I tried to unbind and re-bind (their terminology to unpair and pair up a device), and that did nothing. I looked at the app info in the App Store for support, and all you get is a web site entirely in Chinese. If youre going to sell products to English speaking countries then an English version of the web site needs to exist. So, fix the app and get going on better support.

I got this device because my Fitbit didnt seem to be tracking steps accurately. This is more accurate, but it wont sync with my phone and it keeps falling off I think I will give it to one of my kids as a toy and go back to my Fitbit. If I could, I wouldnt award it any stars

I downloaded this app and it worked fine for an hour. Just long enough for me to put in my info and now I cant even open the app.
